Notorial Services

In addition to providing legal advice the Firm's notarial services arrange to draw up public deeds in business (setting up corporations, increases or reductions of share capital, mergers, changes in corporate structures), estate (last wills and testaments, inheritance agreements) and real property matters (real estate conveyances, donations, mortgage deeds). 

In addition, our (civil law) notaries –Rocco Bonzanigo, Stefano Bolla, Franco Brusa, Filippo Solari and Lorenzo Moor – are entitled to issue authentications and certifications.
