Mediation, a vehicle that is increasingly gaining favour over the traditional judicial disposition of conflicts, is – within the Firm – the province of Mr. Franco Brusa, who has since 2002 been the holder of the specific mediator's license awarded by the Swiss Attorneys' Federation (FSA) and is also a member of the committee of the Southern-Swiss Chapter of the Swiss Chamber for Business Mediation (CSMC), and of Mrs. Francesca Cavadini - Birchler, who earned the title of mediator of the Swiss Attorneys' Federation (FSA) in June 2005, gained the title of mediator of the Swiss Mediators' Federation (FSM/SDM) in 2007 and has been an FSM committee member from 2007 through 2010.
