Our attorneys assist and represent clients before the state courts at all levels, before arbitration panels and in dealings with administrative authorities. Advocacy encompasses all areas of law practice, particularly contract, commercial and banking law, civil law, intellectual property law, public, administrative and tax law, but also criminal law, especially in connection with financial matters and international judicial assistance. 

Special attention is devoted to the in-depth examination of the legal aspects of each case, evaluating the probabilities of success, looking into settlement opportunities and analyzing the necessities of discovery, not least with a view to preventing the filing of actions that make little sense.

Domestic and international arbitral proceedings, in which our lawyers often are involved as counsel or as arbitrators, deserve a special mention.
