Arbitration

Acting as arbitrators and taking part in arbitral proceedings as counsel to a party is traditionally one of the main areas of activity of our lawyers. 

Particularly active in arbitration are Rocco Bonzanigo and Franco Brusa, who have considerable experience – especially in the international arena – in both institutional arbitration (at the International Chamber of Commerce – CCI/ICC – in Paris, the Lugano Chamber of Commerce and the Milan National and International Arbitration Chamber) and ad hoc arbitration, as well as Lorenzo Moor and Francesca Cavadini - Birchler. 

Mr. Bonzanigo is a long-standing member of the committee of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), of the ICC's Commission suisse d'arbitrage, of the committee of the ASA group per la Svizzera italiana (GASI) and has ties with other institutions actively engaged in arbitration. Mr. Brusa, too, is an arbitrator with the International Chamber of Commerce. 

Mr. Solari, too, enjoys a solid record of experience in the areas of international and domestic arbitrations.
